Self-Care Sunday: Call a thing a thing so you can move on

If something gets you rattled address it, call it out, handle it accordingly and move around. do not, I repeat, DO NOT let it linger or slide.


Gone are the days of letting stuff fester and build up. Call a thing a thing and don’t let the actions and behaviors of others destroy your inner peace. There are truly miserable people out there that seek to dim your light and attempt to knock you off your rockers. Never let someone with a nosebleed view of your life make you feel a way about how you choose to live it.



These are words that my tribe constantly remind me to embrace. I am grateful for the friends and framily that I have that continue to pour into me and make sure I’m operating at my highest frequency.


You have to do what brings you joy and be the master of your own peace! I am learning every day that some people are just plain miserable but you can’t join that army or subscribe to that narrative.



There are Black Women out here loving each other and cheering each other on every step of the way. Don’t let one sad Sally make you think any different. Sage your timelines, curate your newsfeeds, and build a tribe that can guide you to the next level. You got this Sis! Continue to rise above and do you on every level!
