Day 6 of Gratitude -- Rest

Today I am grateful for the ability to rest! Our ancestors couldn't rest with leisure, so I believe that it is my duty to rest for their portion and mine. Sometimes rest looks like laying in the bed doing absolutely nothing. Sometimes it looks like hanging with your friends and family for a chill day. Whatever rest looks like for you do that unapologetically.

I am beyond grateful for the ability to rest and to be able to dictate what that looks like for me.
