If it ain't one thing...

You already know the rest of the saying. Some days it feels like everything that can go wrong, does. And honestly, no matter how positive you are, it begins to chip at you little by little.

Today was one of those days!

I wanted to cry and scream, but instead I fell to my knees, cried, and prayed. Falling into a weeping prayer, I am reminded that there is absolutely nothing that I have control over other than my response to adversity. Trust me, I have not lacked in the area of adversity so this should be something that I am good at responding to. But it's just not the case. My childlike nature truly believes that everything will be good and well. I am not a worst case scenario person and I tend to struggle with Murphy's Law even though it has been proven time and time again.

I am ok with being positively delusional because it keeps me hopeful and grounded in love.

Today was hard.

But I made it.

My "Trust in Him" playlist on Apple Music is reviving me in this very moment and for that I am extremely grateful!

Could things be better? Absolutely! But things ain't bad! How can I be mad when I am SOOOO GOOD! It is easy to want easy but when easy isn't good for you its best to take the hard route! IYKYK! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I hope you found joy today! I am still finding it as I type! William McDowell said, "Rain on matters to those who have seeds in the ground!"

I have an abundance of seeds in the ground, so this rain is just making way for the harvest!

He also sings a song called "Don't mind waiting" that blessed me tonight and I hope it blesses you too! Enjoy!

I love you and there is absolutely nothing that you can do about it! Don't stop praying!

Love,

MichelleRena
