Sometimes our needs aren't being met because we aren't explicitly stating what it is that we need. You can't expect people to read your mind, to complete a task, or to fill a bucket if they have no idea what is required for this to take place.
Y'all: "Oh, but they know what I need!"
Me: "But do they though? How would they know?"
Maybe, but did you explicitly state what you need so there are no misunderstandings? If not, stop getting mad when people fail your pop quiz! I would fail a test that I had no idea I was going to take AND had no idea of the content! Uncommunicated expectations ruin a lot of good things!
