Kismet: a hypothetical force or personified power that determines the course of the future events : fate, destiny
This is the word to describe Ximena Solomon meeting Hiram Moss.
I love romance novels, but ones like this are my favorite. There is no drama. No messy exes. No breakups over something stupid. Just love and sex. Lots of disrespectful, respectful sex.

Ximena is an artist who is also a schoolteacher. She hides her identity because she enjoys being a regular degular person who can drop off a sizeable donation check without any hush.
Hiram is a model. World renowned. Publicity comes with the territory.
Neither is looking for love, but love finds them anyway.
Her dog Homer just happens to chase a squirrel that day and Hiram just happens to be the knight in shining shea butter to pull her out of a pile of leaves.
A spark ignites and quickly grows into a wildfire that neither wants to believe is real but also don't want to contain.
Love blooms at a rapid pace. I'm talking breakneck speeds. I love you behind the eyes after 2 months or less. And I know for a lot of people that would seem unrealistic but for someone like me I know it's possible. As much as you want to deny it, your heart knows that you can't go back to life before this person. And imagining a future without them is too much to bear.
Favorite Quote: "I'm not perfect, but she'll always get the best parts of me." - Hiram asking Mr. and Mrs. Solomon for their blessing to propose to Ximena.
If this sounds like your kinda love, give The Perfection of a Moment a chance. Ximena gets put through the mattress and also loved with such a fierce intensity that if you stopped believing in love...you just might start believing in it again.
