Note to Self: Keep Going!



I find myself saying this way more often than I would have ever imagined. (Whispers) Keep going Michelle!

When I am not quite sure that what I’m doing is purposeful?

Me to Me: Keep Going Michelle!

When I am worried that what I am doing is not quite good enough?

Me to Me: Keep Going Michelle! When I think I can’t, that little voice tells me to keep going, you’ve got this!

Sometimes you have to be your own cheerleader.

As my journey continues to better health, I have to remind myself to keep going. Especially on the days when it feels too hard to push through!

Me to Me: Keep Going Michelle! You’ve got this!
