Crushing on myself

Happy Hump Day y’all! Are you wondering where I’ve been and what I’ve been doing. Well, it’s WCW (Woman Crush Wednesday) and I’m over here crushing on myself y’all!!! FINALLY!! Why? Because I never do and that’s got to change. I’m working on doing more than just talking the self-care talk...I’m walking the self-care walk!! Starting with my health! Shout out to my bestie @deblairfitness of @8figuredbrand for starting her 6 week fitness challenge! When I started I couldn’t exercise because my knees and things hurt so bad. Now I make a habit to work out at least 5 days a week. I was never a bad eater but she helped me shift my eating into a direction that ensured success!
