Welcome October


October has come and there is something so beautiful and different about the way this week felt. From starting the week stressed and a little worried to really leaning into my most honest and transparent feelings and opening my mouth to declare my needs and desires. There was some real growth and evolution this week. I spent a great deal of time trying to find ways to suppress my feelings that I was having a real battle internally but when I finally let it all out I felt so much better.


We are in a real fall season. It's time to let go of things that need to be rebirthed or renewed in your life. As long as we are holding on to it, it can't go through the change that it needs.


This month I am committing to do more for myself and foster the things that I need to make myself happy and to fulfill my purpose. Sometimes we need a daily reminder to walk in our purpose.
